The call came to us from a Northeastern financial services provider doing business nationwide. The company was under attack by a class-action lawyer and gaining increasingly negative attention from the media.
We worked with the company’s legal team to ensure the crisis surrounding the lawsuit was being managed internally, and all communications about the suit, both internal and external, were timely, concise and accurate.
