Planning for the Unknown

A Georgia entity with over 900 franchises was in need of a plan to assist with internal and external communications in the event of a crisis. The Ledlie Group met with the leaders of the organization to discuss their needs and determine likely scenarios that could affect their individual franchises and their reputation as a whole.

We then developed a comprehensive crisis plan that included media protocols for front line staff, basic guidelines for communicating inside and outside the organization during a crisis, and possible action steps for scenarios that could adversely affect each franchise.

Since then, The Ledlie Group has guided this organization through routine and surprise interactions with the media and with neighboring communities.
